In the County of Heinsberg, three technology and start-up centres provide attractive conditions for ambitious start-ups and companies, allowing them to take advantage of flexible, needs-oriented leases to set up a business presence in the region.
Foreign companies can also gain their first experience of the German market here with no long-term commitment.
On an area totalling over 12,000 m², these "innovation hostels" offer office and production space at start-up-friendly conditions, as well as general services and valuable synergy effects. By selecting a location at one of the three centres, young, ambitious entrepreneurs also gain access to the entire support of the StartupRegion Aachen, a nationally recognized consulting network of key institutions such as economic development corporations, chambers of industry and commerce, chambers of trade and trade associations. These offer start-ups qualified and certified services as part of the NRW Startercenter, regardless of their choice of location.
